The past few weeks have been more than a little hectic as I ran around dealing with the stress of a millions tiny issues. I have felt my body growing tenser and each day felt a little more daunting than the last.
Finally the stress is behind me and I am taking the day off from day to day life and giving myself time to breathe. I’m sipping a cup of hot tea, listening to some of my favorite songs and imagining the stress, the tenseness, peeling away from my body.
When the world seems daunting, it is easy to lose yourself in it. Take the time to breathe today, and everyday, and suddenly everything will seem a little brighter, a little more wonderful (as life has a tendency to be).
